INERGY’s general Organization is the image of the global industry requirements to satisfy our customers in the best way and enable them to benefit from our technological know-how and expertise wherever they are located in the world.
INERGY’s well-focused teams achieve optimal results. Organized into Customer Centers based closely to all car manufacturers in every country, INERGY provides customized services and products to meet every demand with local specifications. We assign all projects a cross-functional and cross-cultural team, supported by members representing each aspect of our business from engineering, purchasing, quality, financial control, sales to manufacturing.
The Management Committee of Inergy Automotive Systems represents every Function and Region. The Regions drive their dedicated countries’ production facilities and assure a constant presence to the local car manufacturers (Customer Centers) while being actively supported by the global Functions (Research & Development, Finance, Quality, Industrial…).
Headed by Pierre Lecocq, INERGY’s CEO, this global organization shows the dynamism and reactivity of our Associates to commit our company’s know-how and excellence in every part of the world to the satisfaction of OEMs most specific local needs within their global strategies.

Inergy’s CEO Pierre Lecocq
Pierre Lecocq has been appointed as INERGY’s CEO in November 2002.
He has an extensive international experience in the automotive industry in a variety of engineering and senior management positions in the USA and in France.
Pierre Lecocq began his career as an engineer for Renault, continued his path with Alcatel battery activity, then with Valeo as CEO for Friction Materials, and finally for Engine Cooling. Before joining Inergy, he was the Chairman and CEO of a large European printing service supplier.
Pierre Lecocq graduated as Mechanical Engineer from ENSAM, Paris, France, and completed a Master of Economic Science from Paris University and an MBA from Harvard University.
Since heading INERGY’s organization, Pierre Lecocq played a great part to strengthen the company’s leading position as plastic Fuel System supplier. He is taking the organization on the road to excellence regarding products, innovations and customer satisfaction.
