Integrating all functions into one fuel system optimizes the technical management of different and interdependent functionalities within a unique entity. This is to ensure the integrity and performance of the fuel related architecture in the vehicle, guaranteeing the OEM a simple and cost effective solution, reducing the vehicle development time and finally, assembly time for a long life and high quality vehicle.
Integration of innovations
Our fuel systems are designed for today’s and tomorrow’s vehicles that require new fuels and additives, new engines needing higher pressure fuel delivery and reduced purging capacity. INERGY leads the way in the integration of innovative solutions and products into our fuel systems to meet the latest and forthcoming technical and environmental demands (PZEV, reduced CO2 emissions, recycling etc.) with cutting edge fuel and fluid technologies.
Integration of our customer’s expertise and methodology
INERGY’s development engineers work closely with our customer’s teams, starting as early as the first concepts of the fuel system. This is to interface the performance of the fuel systems with the vehicle’s engine management, diagnostics, chassis and exhaust system to ensure ease of assembly and integrity of the entire fuel system within the car. By integrating our customer’s experts into our development process, we achieve optimal product design and performances which reduce the overall vehicle development time.
Integration of internal procedures and expertise into one transversal Program Management
In the frame of a customer contract (Program), we integrate the management of people, processes and activities to make sustained performance improvement in all business conditions. The management of a Program is rolled out into a trans-functional and trans-regional process lasting over several years, from the award of the customer’s contract up to its high volume production. This Program Management is built on solid foundations integrating cross-cultural and cross-functional people expertise.
