The Additive Diesel Particulate Filter (A-DPF) technology, using a Fuel Borne Catalyst (FBC) brought into the diesel as an additive, allows for the most efficient burning of the particulates in the filter at lower temperatures (400°C).
Relying on its expertise in fluid storage and delivery, INERGY offers with ADDIN, a low-cost FBC storage and dosing system consisting in:
integrated FBC reservoir in the fuel system perimeter
simplified system architecture allowing FBC tank size reduction
flexible integration of the pump module
integrated electronic piloting module
micro-dosing pump
dosing valve
The ADDIN system allows for a high precision dosing in whole temperature range (-30°C to 80°C), with electronic correction.
Control strategies are known and valid.
With ADDIN, INERGY offers an efficient and low cost FBC storage and dosing system with a simple architecture for easy maintenance.
