A vehicle equipped with a fuel tank cap requires refueling operations that can lead to forgetting the cap, wasting time, and dirty hands. For the end user those operations are often seen as a chore, a source of discomfort, sometimes even leading to safety issues.
As fuel consumption and comfort are as important for the driver as vehicle performance, INERGY pioneered a new way to fill fuel tanks and developed a capless refueling system to enhance the refueling experience: CLINFILL.

The rotary slide valve is actuated by the rotation of the inlet flapper during the nozzle introduction
 CLINFILL ensures the decoupling between nozzle introduction force and seal efficiency.
An optional actuator locks the opening mechanism without interaction with the car body and flap door.
