My career at INERGY
I have joined INERGY in 2004 as Industrial engineer in France. After three years, I have been seconded to South Korea and since 2007 I work in China as Industrial Manager and as a Regional Machinery Leader for Asia.

My best memories
After joining INERGY as a junior engineer, the generosity of senior and experienced staff impressed me a lot, their coaching and sharing of experience help me quickly to be operational in the work, and to lay a solid base for further development in INERGY. “Touching & feeling” for different country & nation culture via foreign country working experience, business trip different countries, global project cooperation, and working with different nation colleagues. And these different cultures enriched my experience and my life a lot.

My current responsibilities and how they fulfill my motivations
I manage human and technical resources for industrial department to ensure the delivery of manufacturing processes on time by meeting the objectives of quality, budget, cost and safety. I also continue to develop industrial department as one part of Technical Center, to provide best support to INERGY China & Asia business growth. The team develops quickly within 3 years. It absorbs more and more excellent engineers who bring their competence, experience and passion to make our team bigger and stronger. Today our team can almost operate as technical center in China to lead independently different industrial development activities. At the same time, INERGY supports me a lot to develop team members’ competence and career by providing them many opportunities, resource and space. As team leader, I’m deeply motivated by these two good developments: team’s and team members’, and which also becomes a plateau to my personal development in terms of management competence and experience.

My career at INERGY
In 1992 I joined Plastic Omnium / INERGY. I was looking for an organization that would be challenging and provide opportunities for growth and development. I have not been disappointed with my decision. I have been given the opportunity to learn, grow, and work with a wide range of talented individuals on some very innovative processes. If you are willing to put yourself out there and learn new things… the opportunities are endless

My best memories
With 18 years of service I have several memories I can reflect upon. My best would be the opportunity to partner and utilize the expertise of our French and Polish machinery design teams to implement continuous improvements which resulted in our ability to modify, design, run-off, and develop equipment.

My current responsibilities and how they fulfill my motivations
My role in the organization today is that of a Process / Maintenance Technician. My technical expertise is Finishing Centers. I am motivated because I believe I am working for an organization that recognizes its employees are significant contributors to the success of the company.
