The annual appraisal is a key factor in career development enabling our associates to discuss each year with their manager about their strengths and opportunities for progress. This gives our associates a more precise vision of their capabilities and potential and the value they add to the company.
During this appraisal, our associates and their manager:

- Identify both technical or managerial training needs and career development opportunities to prepare successful job mobility.
