At INERGY, each associate is given a fixed salary based on job characteristics, market competitiveness and on the associate’s experience, skills and knowledge. Salary growth depends on our associates’ individual performance and on internal and external equity.
When applicable, variable compensation provides recognition of individual and collective performance in relation to objectives set for the year.
