Our commitment to sustainable development

Complying with new requirements, in a cost effective and environmental friendly manner, is not only a way of demonstrating INERGY’s technological know-how and the potential of plastic fuel systems to meet emission regulations such as PZEV, but to contribute to make a cleaner world, where mobility can be improved.

By remaining at the forefront of pioneering technology, INERGY is committed, from the very beginning of the manufacturing process to the finished product, and until the end of its life cycle, to respect the environment.

Through the launch of its Diesel Emissions Reduction product line (DINOx, ADDIN), INERGY enforces its involvement in the supply of environmental-friendly systems to enable greener mobility.

Our commitment to material waste optimization

In parallel to our production, we have developed recycling solutions of excessive material (flash) via regrinding and reintroduction back into our manufacturing process.

 

We are also constantly improving solutions related to the vehicle’s end-of-life, enhancing the reuse, recycling and revalorization of the materials and components of our Fuel Systems. We have already developed and demonstrated the technical feasibility of recycling Fuel Systems coming from end-of-life vehicles. 

 

Our commitment to the reduction of energy consumption

Driven by a geater awareness of the need to reduce our carbon footprint, we launched in 2009 the INECO (Inergy Energy Consumption Optimization) project to improve energy efficiency in our plants. This project has already demonstrated great savings and INERGY is planning to audit further locations to complete this company-wide program over the next two years.
